Covers fit very well
Nowhere on the site did it say we were paying in US dollars. We didn't even realize it until we saw the credit card statement. I emailed you immediately about this felt sneaky and I never heard back

Great experience - one tip for online measurement inputs vs proofing process
Not only did I save money but the process ensured the product delivered did not disappoint. The team worked hard to ensure the measurements and order details were accurately followed and produced- they confirmed every review and change - quickly and effectively. One comment: it appears the team goes by the proofs specs over the online specs- the length and width dimensions were flopped on the proofs. So I chose to update specs on proof directly - this is an important distinction since the zipper location is key if dimensions aren't square.

Very pleased with my cushions
I needed 2 back cushions for a couple of outdoor chairs, I had the seat cushions but not for the back of the chair. It was quite easy to follow the instructions for ordering. Select fabric, cushion thickness, provide your measurements. Much easier that I thought it would be. A few follow up messages for me to check sizing and shape and then to look at the mocked up sample for me to check and approve. Cushions being made and then they arrived. All vacuumed sealed, so squashed up. Took a couple of days to return to normal and absolutely fabulous. I have just come in from outside sitting in my lovely chair with new back cushion, enjoying the sunshine on a winters day here in Sydney, Australia. So very pleased. Thank you. Covers & All.

Very easy to order, well priced and arrived quickly

Well made- has mesh in back so be aware
I did it realize they changed their design. These now have a back mesh strip so be aware. But other than that it is a solid product. And I had good customer service dealing with the issue. You can request no mesh if that is what you would prefer

Great quality workmanship!
