Appears to be of high quality and well made. — I have a 24" Simplicity Blower and this cover fits very well. There is still a 4 to 5 inch space around the bottom but that may be by design to allow air circulation. This Blower sits outside all year so the cover will be subjected to all kinds of weather extremes and I'll know how durable it is within a year. — Jim
