This company is superb about getting it right the first time by corresponding back and forth multiple times on a custom order to make sure the product is going to fit properly. I exchanged pictures of chairs with measurements and the company sent back several inquiries until we agreed on a design that worked perfectly on non-standard patio furniture. All for a very fair price. I highly recommend this company!

Fit perfectly
I ordered a custom cover for my firepit. The designers were great to work with. I uploaded a picture and they actually reached out with a suggestion I hadn't noticed. The material was heavy duty and looks great. I got a custom cover with better material than a nonfitting buyout for the same price. Great product, great service you can't go wrong

High quality spec to made product,
This company was excellent to work with. Good back and forth communication on measurements before work. Top quality product. Draw strings are very hard to use. Issue seems to be friction through the gromet allowing for the rope to pull through.

Closest example of the Chairs and Couch
The Covers work perfectly as always. The example I had to use for dimentions wasn't the best but it worked. I also sent pictures of the chair and couch i wanted to cover and no call to verify?

Custom made just for me
They did a fabulous job of ensuring they had the measurements just right and produced an outstanding product. The cheap covers I bought from Bunnings didn't fit and were literally disintegrating from weather exposure however these will clearly last for years.

Excellent
I ordered 2 chair covers and sent them a photo and measurements. When I received them I was really impressed and surprised how quickly they made them and how perfect they fit. I was also surprised how heavy and durable the quality of the fabric is. It's great and I am sure will keep my chairs protected against the rain and snow for the winter. Highly recommended.
