Poor service and customer contact

I wanted to purchase a blind so first I requested 2 swatches online at beginning of June, order said 5 to 7 days. I called and emailed many many times each time I received different excuses that it was shipped, material not available, each time customer contact told me different stories. Finally asked to speak to supervisor via India he promised me the 2 swatches would shipped ASAP. Well after another 10 days only 1 arrived. So I will not be ordering anything from this organisation.
