Cover still doesn't fit after 2 tries.
I ordered a custom cover for a pyramidal shaped skylight. When I got it, it was too small. I had used their custom measurement tool where you enter the dimensions of the skylight. I used an IPad to enter the dimensions and apparently you are unable to enter fractions of an inch, whole numbers only. Their instructions say they add "1 to 2 inches" onto the dimensions you provide, so I thought I'd be OK, but when it arrived, it did not fit. I made a comment about the tool and was told that the measurement tool does in fact allow for fractions of an inch. Then I tried it on a desk top computer and in fact it does allow fractions of an inch. So the tool does not work well with an ipad. OK, my bad. I reordered the cover and this time had several email exchanges with a designer and they provided a mockup drawing, which I approved. When I received the cover, it was way too big. The markup I approved had the height measurement measured along angle of the pyramid. What I received was that dimension measured from the peak of the skylight straight down to the base. This is not the dimension shown on the mockup I approved. I reached out about this through their chat function and was told someone would contact me within 72 hours to discuss further. This didn't happen. YI also called their phone help line and was told there were 8 calls ahead of me and that I could receive a call back when it was my turn. This didn't happen either. It appears that for a pyramid skylight, they have different ways of measuring the height - either along the seam, or from the peak down depending on where you look on their website. So I'm out several hundred $ and am stuck with two covers I cannot use.
