Better than the Weber...but
After reading several reviews mentioning that the cover might be a bit too small, I was initially concerned. However, I was relieved to find that my cover wasn't too small—in fact, it was slightly too big. While this didn't cause any major issues, it would have been ideal if the fit was more precise. One design improvement I'd suggest is incorporating a slanted angle into the main box and side panels. This would help prevent water from pooling on top during rain, which can be a bit of a nuisance. That said, the overall quality of this cover is fantastic. It looks well-built, feels solid, and the upgraded material I opted for seems durable—certainly better than the standard Weber cover. With the investment I've made in my grill, I feel confident this cover will provide superior protection for years to come. Despite the inconsistency in sizing, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others looking for a high-quality cover.

Weber Summit Grill center cover does not fit properly
Ordered the Weber Summit Grill Center cover. The fit of the cover is bad. Not enough room for the handle so the cover does not fit completely down on the main burner section of the grill center. Not up to the same standards of other covers ordered from covers and all. Would not recommend this one.

Poor fit
Not a fan. Based on the website reviews, the custom measurements for my exact model, and the sales images I thought this would fit like a glove. Unfortunately it does not. There are areas that are too floppy and look messy, while there are other spots that are so tight that they look like they will surely tear in a year or two. Am working with customer service to address. Will update the review if they give me a reason to. It DOES protect the grill, but not massively better than a large tarp. Holding out hope, but for now, regretful on the New England coast.

Poor fit, even poorer CS response
Ordered a cover for this monster of a BBQ, I double checked dimensions as shown on the web page before ordering. Received my cover only to find it does not fit right. Took some pictures and measurements and the hood looks like it wasn't made wide enough. When i try put it on the hood gets spread sideways which prevents the cover from being able to open up enough and slip over the handle on the hood. There is also an excessive amount of material in the hood which cauase it to just bunch up and collect water. When i mailed Customer service about this the were quick to dismiss my claim saying " we built it exactly to the measurements provided, we cant find anything wrong!" - well no kidding you can find anything wrong, the proof is in front of me on my BBQ

Grill Cover for Weber Summit Grill Center
Looking high and low for a full cover for this very long grill station. Many come in 80" lengths - but couldn't find one on Amazon for the 90" model. Very thick material and custom made for our $4000 grill investment.

Grill Cover for Weber Summit Grill Center
The front of the cover doesn't fit properly over the grill bar. I am trying to get help but to do so I need to take a bunch of measurements and send pictures. We will see what occurs once those are sent. I assumed it would fit well the first time based on it being specifically for this grill.
